Chef Christine Ha will be hosting an interactive virtual cooking class to raise funds for charities Homemade Hope and Southern Smoke's COVID-19 relief efforts.
Christine Ha is the first-ever blind contestant and season 3 winner of the cooking television show “MasterChef” with Gordon Ramsay. In 2019 Christine opened her first restaurant, The Blind Goat, located in Houston, Texas, which The James Beard Foundation named a 2020 Best New Restaurant in America semifinalist.
The Blind Goat, a modern Vietnamese gastropub, is currently taking curbside and delivery orders. Visit: www.theblindgoat.com to learn more or support.
During the cooking class, Christine will be preparing a Thai-style laab salad. The ingredients are inexpensive and fairly easy to find, and the recipe is simple yet flavorful. Join the virtual cooking class to support our cause by purchasing tickets or making donations by pressing the button above.
